Lower Merion High School is looking for a coach for its Varsity Girls. LM rows out of Bachelors Barge Club on Boathouse Row in Philadelphia and is a well-established varsity program with a supportive parent association and athletic department, an excellent racing fleet and coaching equipment, and approximately 70 rowers (boys and girls) each year. The team practices in the afternoons; practice times are flexible based on coaches' availability. Tuesday-Sunday spring outdoor practice begins in March; the team runs 5-day-a-week indoor workouts at the high school through the winter (not all coaches attend every day in the winter).
