Paperless regatta entries are here

USRowing and Regatta Central have worked out a system to make your life and the regatta director's life a little simpler:

You can complete your regatta entry entirely on-line and have no paperwork at all if you pay with a VISA credit card at Regatta Central and have a valid waiver for all your entered athletes on file at USRowing.

Waivers:

no paper waiver is required. When you submit an entry for a registered regatta, Regatta Central tells the regatta director if the athlete has a valid waiver on file.

The key is the third condition: The athlete's USRowing member number must appear on his or her Regatta Central individual profile. Regatta Central needs that to confirm the USRowing waiver.

We track all waivers. Regatta Central provides a cross-check to the USRowing database for "virtual" waivers, giving the regatta director tools to integrate the tracking with paper waivers and providing a single unified report of all waivers.

All the Schuylkill Navy regattas - Stotesbury Cup, Schuylkill Navy, Independence Day and Philadelphia Youth Regattas - are USRowing registered regattas and use Regatta Central. So, if your entry becomes completely paperless when:

Here are detailed instructions from Regatta Central to help you ensure compliance:

a) Login to your www.regattacentral.com account
b) Click on the "My Roster" icon (upper-right corner)
c) Look in the USRowing Member ID column for each athlete. If an athlete is missing their ID and they are a USRowing Member, click the [edit] link and update their record. This is required only once. Just like their birthdate, once you've provided each athlete's USRowing ID, you won't need to re-enter it for future regattas.
