The 80th Annual Stotesbury Cup Regatta
May 19 and 20, 2006

How to Register
All registration must be completed on-line at Regatta Central by midnight on Thursday, May 5, 2006. Here are the steps to follow:

    Logging On to Regatta Central

  1. If you are a first time user, you will need to establish your own free account. To do so, go to http://www.regattacentral.com/ and follow the directions for setting-up your account, including your account name and password.

  2. If you are a returning user, use your Regatta Central ID and password.

    Selecting Stotesbury Cup Regatta

  3. Under My Calendar, scroll through the drop down list of regattas, click on Stotesbury Cup Regatta, and then click on click on "Add a regatta to my calendar".

  4. The next screen will provide you 3 options: "Proceed to the registration form and submit entries", "View information about this event", or "Go to My Calendar". To continue your on-line registration, click on "Proceed to the registration form and submit entries".

    Making Your Entries

  5. Complete the Contact Information as directed and then click "Save".

  6. You should now be ready to make your entries. Select "Submit Entries". The headings on this page offer you the following options:

    1. "Submit Entries" - we suggest you skip this step at this time and go to "My Roster" (see below).
    2. "Composite Entries" - do not select this option. Composite entries are not permitted in the Stotesbury Cup Regatta.
    3. "My Roster" - click on My Roster (it is located at the far right) to move to the TEAM ROSTER page.

  7. On the My Roster page, enter your team's athletes. You must enter a date of birth for each athlete. We suggest that you enter all team athletes, even those that may be substituted. Once completed, check "Save Changes".

  8. The next step is to create your entries. On the My Entries page, select "Submit Entry". Follow Regatta Central directions by selecting the event for which you are submitting the entry. Use the drop down boxes to select the athlete for the event. Or, if you did not enter your team in the My Roster section, type in the athlete's names and pertinent information. My Roster will be automatically populated.

  9. Remember that either way you make your entries, you MUST enter each athlete's birth date (this is MANDATORY for the Stotesbury Cup Regatta).

    Paying Registration Fees

  10. From the menu on the left side, select "My Invoice". You may pay by either credit card or check/money order.

    Mailing in Your Registration Materials

  11. Print the TEAM ROSTER and have your Athletic Director or school principal sign it.

  12. Print your team's INVOICE. If payment is being made by Check/Money Order, include payment with the Invoice.

  13. Waivers for each athlete must be completed. As noted above, every competitor must complete a waiver and return it with the entry forms. No competitor will be allowed to race without a signed waiver on file. Coaches, note: Waivers must be signed by parents. Start early!

  14. Mail all of these require materials to:

    All Regatta Central registrations must be completed by midnight on Thursday, May 5, 2006. The mailed materials include the PRINTED INVOICE and signed TEAM ROSTER (both from Regatta Central), signed Stotesbury Cup Regatta WAIVERS (which name Schuylkill Navy as insured party), and PAYMENT (if applicable).
