Race Times: 9:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by reception at Vesper with food and prizes, no extra charge
Race Distance: 2.5 miles (Head of the Schuylkill course)

- Regatta Headquarters, Registration, Weigh-Ins, Meeting and Lunch: VESPER BOAT CLUB, on Boathouse Row
- Out of town launch/recovery: Canoe Club (St. Joe's/Temple, by Strawberry Mansion Bridge) OR from Boathouse Row if you can make arrangements with local club.
- Schedule:
- 0700 - 0730 Weigh-Ins at Vesper
- 0700 - 0800 Registration (numbers, shirt, waiver, payment)
- 0800 Coach/Athlete Meeting at Vesper
- 0815 Officials' Meeting
- 0900 Racing starts - schedule now posted
- 1100 Lunch and Awards at Vesper
- Race Course, similar to the Head of the Schuylkill course. Start is at 2k starting line, through Strawberry Mansion in lane 1 -3 arch, straight down race course, 2nd arch at Columbia RR Bridge (only difference to HOSR course), then stay to East Bank straight down to Girard bridge and finish line at Viking. Officials will be available for asssistance. This will be covered again in the pre-race meeting at 0800.

Prizes for singles and pairs:
- 1st: $500 cash (per athlete)
- 2nd: NK SpeedCoach XL1 (per boat)
- 3rd: Boathouse Sports jacket (per athlete)
Out-of-town crews can launch at the Canoe Club or make arrangements with a local club to launch from Boathouse Row.
The W2x and M2x are eligible for NK SpeedCoach XL1 (1st) and Boathouse Sports jacket (2nd) but no cash prize.
Entry Fees: 1x $25, 2-/2x $40 (this includes reception at Vesper following the race as well as a t-shirt)
