Trailer parking
Visiting crews will use the Athlete's Village at the Three Angels launch site located approximately 500 meters downstream of the finish line. No visiting crews will be permitted to launch from the Canoe Club, other than those designated to use it to relieve overcrowding at the Three Angels.

The Athlete's Village cannot be used for parking of trailers or docking of boats until Thursday, May 18 after 12:00 noon. There are no exceptions. There will be absolutely no access by land or water to this area, including the docks, prior to that time.

Trailers must approach the venue from the north (top of the map at right). After 10 am Thursday morning, traffic will be one way, southbound, on Kelly Drive. It is the only way to get to the Athlete's Village.

Crews arriving before noon Thursday can park, launch or practice from the Canoe Club, near Strawberry Mansion Bridge. On Thursday morning, May 18, the Canoe Club area must be vacated between 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. and all equipment moved to the Athlete's Village. Do not dock boats at the Athlete's Village until after 12:00 noon. Please do not leave the Canoe Club area by road until Kelly Drive has been closed to regular traffic.

Several teams have been designated to park at and launch from the Canoe Club, to relieve overcrowding at the Three Angels. Only these crews will be permitted into the lot and only tow vehicles displaying the special permit will be permitted in the Canoe Club lot after noon on Thursday.

Crews arriving Thursday are requested to time their arrival between 12:00 noon and 3:00 p.m. to avoid rush hour traffic. You will not be permitted to park in the Athlete's Village until after 12:00 noon.
