| WHEN: |
Every Thursday, recyclable materials should be placed at pick-up locations by no later than 9:00 AM. |
| HOW: |
- In each of the houses, recyclables should be deposited into containers lined with clear plastic bags (of 8 to 10 mil thickness).
- Containers should monitored for fullness and cleanliness of the areas maintained.
- As necessary, receptacles should be relined, and full plastic bags taken to a designated holding area until collection day.
- Cardboard (such as oar boxes) should be torn or folded down into a manageable size, can be stacked and stored into one larger box, and held in a designated holding area until collection day.
- Crushed plastic bottles will save space.
- Cardboard does not need to be bagged.
