Late Entry Procedures
We will accept late entries on a "lane available" basis. We will not accept late entries if they would necessitate an additional race.All late entries must be paid by credit card at Regatta Central, along with a $10 per boat late fee.
Non-masters events: If a lane is available, Regatta Central will accept your late entry and send the regatta director an automated e-mail notifying him of the entry. You will be added to the schedule, typically within 24 hours. If there are no lanes available, Regatta Central will put you on a wait list.
Masters events: If a lane is available and you have a Regatta Central log-in ID already,
- Make sure the Independence Day Regatta has been added to your Regatta Central regatta schedule.
- Send me an email with the race name and number you want to enter.
I'll check the schedule and set up the permissives at Regatta Central, then send you a confirming email. - Go back to Regatta Central and complete the entry procedure, paying by credit card, including the $10 per boat late fee.
- Check the schedule after 24 hours to confirm your entry.
If a lane is available and you do not already have a Regatta Central log-in ID,
- Go to Regatta Central and create a log-in ID. It's easy.
- Make sure the Independence Day Regatta has been added to your Regatta Central regatta schedule.
- Send me an email with the race name and number you want to enter.

Masters lineup changes
Send me an email like the example below. We need the names and dates of birth for the substitutes, not the ages.
