Late Entry Procedures

We will accept late entries if a lane is available. We will not accept late entries if they would necessitate an additional race.

All late entries must be paid by credit card at Regatta Central, along with a $10 per boat late fee.

If a lane is available and you have a Regatta Central log-in ID already, send Marty Mirabal an email with the race name and number you want to enter.

If you do not already have a Regatta Central log-in ID, go to Regatta Central and create a log-in ID. It's easy. Then send Marty Mirabal an email with the race name and number you want to enter.

We'll check the schedule and set up the permissives at Regatta Central, then send you a confirming email. You then go to Regatta Central and complete the entry procedure, paying by credit card. Drop Marty another note when you are done and check the schedule after 24 hours to confirm your entry.

Send me an email like the example below. We need the names and dates of birth for the substitutes, not the ages.
