Last year we raised more than $20,000 to fight breast cancer. Help us beat our goal of $30,000 this year. Join us on Sunday, October 10, from 9:00 am to noon for the Row for the Cure on the Schuylkill River in Fairmount Park. Our Row for the Cure is a fundraiser for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, with 75% of all proceeds going to the Philadelphia affiliate and the remainder to the national Komen organization. Although Row for the Cure is a fundraiser, it is an equally important way to celebrate survivors, memorialize those we have lost, and embrace all families. With our event, we strive to:
In addition to races with rowing shells, dragon boats, canoes, and kayaks, we’ll have family fun and lots of the latest information and research on the fight to cure breast cancer.
